TFWH Abdominal Castor Oil pack is made of organic bamboo cotton, a middle layer of PUL, and a beautiful custom designed felt to help the oil heat and absorb. The elastic straps are very stretchy and 30 inches long on each side. The pack is 15.5 inches long and 10.5 inches wide. The thyroid pack is now also included with the purchase of the abdominal pack.

HOW TO USE:

Take 2-3 TBS of organic castor oil and apply to solid white organic bamboo cotton side of pack. To apply oil over liver, place oil over right upper quadrant of abdomen. Can also apply over lower abdomen area, and to the thyroid pack. Once oil is on pack, secure with straps and relax. Do not let oil get on clothes as it will stain. When finished with pack, fold it and store it until next use. Do not share packs with others, and it is not necessary to wash between uses. Can wash using baking soda or on delicate if necessary. After using the pack you can rub the oil into your skin or wipe off with a cloth. Can apply heating pad over pack while using if you would like, but the felt should also help it self heat.
