How do they work?

Each diffuser bracelet is made of high quality stones, gold plated spacers, a brass plated “The Fire Within Her” charm, and either rosewood or lava beads to diffuse your favorite essential oils on.

How much oil do you use?

Usually 1-3 drops of quality essential oil directly onto your lava or rosewood beads is perfect. It will seep into the lava or rosewood and diffuse throughout your day. You can mix oils, and as they wear off, replace them with new ones. They usually fade over a few days time.

How do I know my size?

I try to keep sizing as uniform as possible, however every now and then I am sent beads that are off by a few mm. This is my disclaimer that sometimes sizing will be a tiny bit different from color to color. Each size only varies by one bead and is truly your preference.

XS is usually 6 3/4 in and is for someone with a small wrist that like a tighter bracelet.

Standard is around 7 1/4 inch and is the most chosen size.

Large would be closer to 7 3/4 inch and is for a bigger wrist or someone who prefers a looser bracelet.

Are these bracelets waterproof?
You can definitely wash your hands and stuff like that, but I would not bathe, shower, or swim in them! The more you do the more stress it will be on the string, wood, and lava so they will age quicker.

What if a bracelet breaks?
Because of the nature of the bracelet and the fact that you are putting a substance on them consistently, they will eventually wear down sort of like a pair of shoes in the elements. I use the highest quality string I could find on the market, but sometimes things can happen! If a bracelet breaks within 6 months of purchase, email TFWHshop@gmail.com to and we will replace it! We will also always restring any bracelet if you send us the beads no matter how long it has been. If it breaks after 6 months please still reach out and we will discuss how we can help! We want you to be happy and love your purchase!

What is the meaning of the bracelets?
After a long journey with chronic pain, I created these bracelets as a way to create my calm and engage my 5 senses. The visual charm reminded me I was strong and to keep going. The smell of the lavender and stress away oil on my wrist triggered my senses in a positive way. I began creating them for others and have now shipped all over the world. My mission is to cultivate community and be a place a woman can come to find a meaningful gift for herself or someone else.

Why can you not get certain colors back in?

I try to order all my supplies from American based companies. With supply chains being crazy it is hard to get enough stock in at times. I try to order as much as I can of one color, but sometimes it isn’t enough for the demand and I have to move on to another color. If you ever see a color you love, its best to order because I can never guarantee it will come back in.
